Support

All product purchases include support—costs will vary based on your purchase. Support is defined as expedited email, phone and online support + free updates to TG2.4.#. Support is included with every active TG Web subscription.

TG Web Direct purchases include one year of support, year-two support is highly recommended. Support costs vary based on your TG Web purchase. Updates to the web Tester, TG Reports and any, purchased TG Web option are also included.

TG Options

Test Generator Options are add-on modules designed to enhance your use of Test Generator. Among them, AD/LDAP, SecureTG, SCORM 1.2, TG Admin Dashboard and TG Scan.

Online Demos

We encourage you to participate in an on-line demo. These personalized demo sessions are recorded and include pricing information.
