Proctor-Led Testing Scenarios

With TG, test creators can tailor a test's security features to perfectly align with the specific testing environment, the target audience, and the critical nature of the test—whether it’s for high-stakes situations, promotions, or certification purposes.

You'll have access to over 125 customizable test parameters, offering unparalleled flexibility to ensure your tests meet your requirements.

1. High-Stakes Tests

  • Setting: Secure testing environments like testing centers, classrooms, or offices.
  • Test Access: Tests are launched through TG's Web Tester in a browser.
  • Scenario: A test administrator or author has enrolled a test taker in an activated exam with Dual Login enabled. The proctor assists the test taker by logging in with their credentials or providing the necessary information to unlock the test.
  • Test Process: Once unlocked, the test taker completes the exam independently while the proctor monitors and provides support if needed.
  • Please get in touch with us if you would like to learn more.

2. Password-Enabled Test

  • Setting: Testing environments like testing centers, classrooms, or offices.
  • Test Access: Tests are accessed through TG's Web Tester.
  • Scenario: A test administrator or author has enrolled a test taker in an activated exam with Dual Login enabled. 3. Remote Proctoring

  • Setting: Various locations including testing centers, classrooms, offices, or even home offices.
  • Scenario: Similar to Scenario 1, but the proctor and test taker are connected remotely through a video conferencing platform. The test taker shares their screen and accesses the test in TG's Web Tester. The proctor then provides the Dual Login credentials or assists with the login process.
  • Test Process: Once unlocked, the test taker completes the exam while the proctor monitors remotely and assists as needed.

4. Self-Registration

  • Setting: Various locations including testing centers, classrooms, offices, or home offices.
  • Scenario: The test taker doesn't have an existing TG profile. They complete an online registration form to access the exam. Subsequent actions depend on the form's configuration: receiving further instructions via email, proceeding to a payment page, or directly accessing the test.
  • Customization: Form development varies based on the customer's requirements.
