Refresher Sessions
We also offer "refresher training sessions for new staff or any other TG user who needs training.
Please contact us if you would like to schedule a training session. We are available Monday through Friday, any time after 8am Pacific.
Provide two dates and times and we will confirm one of them and email you a conference invitation.
Military security restrictions prevent us from providing online training using our internet conferencing software.
However, we can schedule online training for any Stand/Eval staff wishing to receive training at home, local library or any other location that has internet access.
We can also schedule, conduct and record a training session that captures the audio conference and the TG trainer's computer screen.
This would involve Stand/Eval staff opening their local copy of TG and following along as the TG trainer provides a how-to review of TG's features and behaviors. A recording of the training session is made available for download or viewing online.
CD recordings can also be mailed upon request.
Customers who maintain and active support subscription are also eligible for updates and upgrades to the latest TG version and release.
To view your current version/release, open TG to the login screen and run your cursor over the Help (?) button to display a tool tip version # and release.
The version and release numbers can also be found under TG's Help > About Test Generator menu.
Your active support subscription also includes the opportunity to review your implementation of TG, testing policies, methods and best practices.
