We do this by providing an efficient, cost-effective approach that makes it easy to create and administer tests. The net effect: saving organizations millions of dollars per year through improved performance measurement.

Background

In 1988, we began developing computer based tutorials for health care. We expanded to include multimedia, video and software services. These experiences, and the emergence of elearning, helped us recognize the need for an assessment tool that would facilitate the creation, distribution and administration of tests for educators and trainers.
